Develop Your Practice

Wednesdays, 10–11am · £12 in person · £8 online

A slower-paced class that takes postures apart so you understand what your body is actually doing. Build balance, strength and confidence — and, if and when you fancy it, work towards trickier shapes like inversions. Nothing is expected; everything is offered.

“Warrior I doesn’t work the same for every body.”
— Jenny, on Instagram quote to approve (CONTENT-01)

Jenny teaches yoga the way good teachers teach anything: clearly, patiently, and with a sense of humour. Her classes are technique-led — you’ll leave knowing not just what to do, but why it works for your body.
