Hello, I’m Jenny

“Making yoga postures make sense.”

How Jenny teaches

Jenny’s classes are based on a simple idea: yoga is easier when you understand what you’re doing.

Every posture is explained in detail so you know what’s meant to be happening and how to adapt it for your own body. Downward Dog doesn’t work the same for everyone, so the teaching fits the person, not the other way round.

Expect clear instructions, plenty of options and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practising for years, you’ll leave understanding more than when you arrived.

Fifteen years of yoga

Jenny has been practising yoga for fifteen years. She teaches Vinyasa, Pranayama, Hatha, Yin and Power Yoga. Learning different styles has helped her understand how to teach different people, different bodies and different goals, rather than expecting everyone to move in the same way.

“Honestly, I started yoga because I needed to get away from my family for an hour.”
