How to join a class.

Live online yoga

Wednesday mornings, 10am to 11am, via Microsoft Teams.

In person yoga

Wednesday mornings, 10am to 11am.
Friday evenings, 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
Oakwood Church, North Leeds.

I teach yoga in a way that helps you understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and how to make it work for your body.

Wednesday is a slower class, suitable for beginners and those with more experience. Friday is a more challenging practice, with a focus on building strength and working towards more advanced postures.

You’ll be encouraged to try new things, ask questions and have a laugh. There’s plenty of support, but nobody takes themselves too seriously.

No woo. Just good yoga, taught properly.

Jenny teaches yoga the way good teachers teach anything: clearly, patiently, and with a sense of humour. Her classes are technique led; you’ll leave knowing not just what to do, but why it works for your body.
